YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop a plan and processes that align and assist in realising the business plan priorities
- Develop localised communication
- Support and implement training and development opportunities for staff
- Include a broader workforce alignment strategy to prepare the district to implement the reforms
- Include a resource utilisation plan that clearly identifies appropriate utilisation of current resources and forecasting of required resources post reform implementation
- Make recommendations on service development, realignment and reorganisation of current organisational structure
- Establish systems to manage risk and increase opportunities, within these reforms, to promote positive and successful implementation
- Establish protocols and systems to support the executive to maintain leadership and oversight with the reforms in the district
- Instil all project management practices and tools into the everyday practices of the team
REPORTING OUTPUTS EXPECTED:
- Risk management plan/risk register
- Program work plan
- Stakeholder management plan
- End of project/stage reporting process
- Exception report
ACCOUNTABILITIES TO THE EPMO:
- Ensure that the approach is aligned with standard tools, methodologies and templates
- Plan for skills and knowledge transition over the engagement to ensure continuity of capability beyond the duration of this engagement
- Provide reporting input for possible inclusion in the EPMO monthly report to the executive
- Provide weekly engagement status updates
