Epic Security Project Manager

Beacon Hill Technologies has a 6-12 month contract opportunity for an Epic Security Project Manager.

Job Details:

- Minimum 5 years of Epic security troubleshooting design and build experience is required.
- Epic Security Certification is required.
- Understanding of Epic security design and implementation across multiple modules.
- Experience managing and implementing security for Cadence, Prelude, ADT, HIM, and Resolute (HB/PB).
- Experience managing and implementing security for EpicCare, OpTime and ASAP a plus.
- Coordinates Epic security project activities and ensures cross-functional collaboration between project teams.
- Works closely with the application managers and analysts to ensure that all security related activities are planned and on schedule.
- Manages security related issues, risks and design decisions impacting the project outcome.
- Meets regularly with project teams to review status/issues
- Provides progress performance reports to multiple levels of management.
- Experience supervising a team of Epic Security Analysts and ensuring work assignments are delegated and monitored.
- Solid understanding of prior experience with the foundational structures of Epic software, including profiles, roles, menus, and security.
- Prior experience managing Epic software implementations in the area of systems Security and Access is required.
- Excellent project management discipline with a proven track record of meeting aggressive timelines and achieving quality project outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple teams with complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-business unit participants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.

Must have skills:

- Epic Security Design/Build/Implementation experience with Cadence, Prelude, ADT, HIM, HB, PB.
- Epic Security Design/Build/Implementation experience for clinical modules.
- Supervisory experience on epic security implementation projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work hands-on while engaging in supervisory and planning activities as a lead analyst.
