Epic Certified Radiant Analyst

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an Epic Certified Radiant Analyst who will work with the Epic Ancillary Team to implement the Radiant module for a 6 month contract opportunity in New York.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Achieve in-depth knowledge of the Epic application and serve as a liaison between users and the Epic implementation staff.
-Performs a thorough analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software.
-Prepares detailed requirements specifications and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
-Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application.
-Work on multiple components concurrently.
-Proactively monitor the application(s) to recommend improvements and ways to increase efficiency and will provide assistance to other Application Analysts and other team members as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Epic Radiant Certification Required.
-Application implementation, troubleshooting, testing and support experience beneficial.
-Project Management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflict, maintain issues list and manage a project plan).
-Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported.
-Programming or other technical skills beneficial.
-Experience dealing with end users and vendors is a huge plus.
-Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
-Strong communication, interpersonal and rapport-building skills required.
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
-Presentation skills, nice to have.
