EPIC ADT Analyst - Abu Dhabi (6 Months Contract & Extendable)

Our Client, a leading global management consulting and outsourcing company is looking to hire an EPIC ADT Analyst with the below requirements:

- Epic Certification in ADT
- Prior Epic ADT and healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Provides Epic product function, design, and build expertise and experience
- Configures Epic according to design requirements and specifications
- Develops, supports, and maintains documentation and procedures as needed
- Create and maintain regular status reports to immediate Team Lead
- Attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates
- Analyzes business processes to ensure proper system configuration
- Documents and maintains all required system design and build documents
- Liaise with business operations counterparts to define requirements and business needs
- Contributes to preparation of testing scripts and materials and performs unit testing
- Responds to incident and request tickets
- Participates in on-call rotations to address after-hours issues
