IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Independent ES risk analysis for global deals in sectors with potentially high environmental and social impacts such as extractive industry
-Development of ES risk profiles in context of client-reviews and adoptions
-Co-Development and implementation of the ES risk governance including policies and guidelines and monitoring-systems
-Drafting of Senior Management briefings and briefings for other internal stakeholders
-Development of ES trainings for business divisions
-Drafting of reports according to established and internal guidelines

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound banking experience
-Strong knowledge of banking (products and processes), emphasis on risk and compliance processes are a plus
-Profound experience in corporate rating/evaluation
-Good understanding of ES issues and current ES standards is an advantage
-Very good analytical skills, well-organized and great attention to detail
-Strong operational and people skills, including the ability to operate with diverse teams
-Fluency in German and English is required with very good oral and writing skills
