Manager/Supervisor, Environmental - Drilling

Job Description

* The Manager/Supervisor, Environmental - Drilling leads a team consisting of 4 environmental professionals supporting Company's Marcellus drilling and completions operations.
* The Supervisor facilitates programs to promote Company's goal of zero incidents, as well as establishing environmentally-compliant sites.
* This position will oversee the team's primary responsibilities, including routine site inspections, employee and contractor training, spill prevention planning, and incident response.
* The Supervisor is responsible for efficient coordination of these activities and implementing processes to support improvement of Company's environmental performance.
* The position is also responsible for maintaining awareness and understanding of current and proposed regulations and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong project and task management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and situations at the same time, leadership skills, strong technical writing skills.

Required Experience

* Four year degree in environmental, science, engineering, or safety field.
* Equivalent combination of years of education and experience will be considered.
* Experience supervising team of environmental professionals required.
* Professional certifications a plus or other skill technical training a plus but not required.
* Good computer skills preferred, experience with excel, access databases, etc.
