Environmental Engineer

Immediate need for two (2) Environmental Engineers in the metro Atlanta with waste water pH control system project experience with working knowledge of a food and/or beverage plant. This is for a long term contract assignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide support in environmental compliance activities for multiple environmental projects in a food and/or beverage plant
- Define the problem, review the data, and develop resolutions
- Interpret the results and clearly communicate the findings
- Handle waste management and other environmental media tasks in a food and/or beverage plant
- Support compliance issues in the area of industrial water/wastewater in the food and beverage industry
- Work directly with client contact and in a team environment

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in design systems for food and/or beverage plants
- PE is required
- AutoCAD software proficiency
- Experience designing pH control systems for a food and/or beverage plant
- Experience with Coca Cola or Pepsi plants is a plus
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
