Our client is looking for a Environmental Waste Project Manager with proven experience in designing and implementing new green waste service delivery models. Previous experience in delivering a new operating model within a managed outsourced service would be very desirable. Key work streams will include communications and customer engagement, ICT, finance, procurement, service design and transition to BAU. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skill, verbally and in writing, be computer literate, be able to formulate, capture and manage risk within a project, present data to support evidence and led on decision making. You will also have the ability to engage with staff across all levels, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues sympathetically and effectively. Practical understanding and knowledge of legislative and statutory obligations which affect green waste refuse collection desirable.
