Huxley Associates is currently hiring a junior sales person to join its team here in NYC.

Huxley Associates is part of the SThree conglomerate and was established 18 yrs ago inLondonand has grown to over 500 employees worldwide with offices across theUK,Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Americas. We are actively hiring candidates for ourNew Yorkoffice to work in our Global Markets business to help with growing our client base amongst our Investment Bank and Hedge Fund clients. We are looking for bright, hungry individuals with an undergraduate degree in any discipline.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with up to 2 years work experience (preferably in sales but other industry sectors will also be considered). You must be able to demonstrate that they are hardworking and proactive. You will have ideally spent some time working in sales roles or working in an entrepreneurial environment. You must be resilient as this is an outbound telephone sales role where you will be responsible for generating leads and converting those opportunities into qualified jobs. You will work on the full lifecycle of recruiting from generating clients as well as sourcing candidates to fill vacancies. You will be given ownership of a business and will be a revenue generator.
