In this position you will be performing a variety of help desk activities. Your responsibilities may include analysis of software, and operating systems; IT installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Entry level IT experience
- Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills
- Windows knowledge
- Degree, certificate or equivalent training a plus
