We immediately require a hands-on Enterprise Windows Server & Linux Security/Update Engineer for a contract role based in Dublin.
THE PERSON THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST BE A HANDS-ON ENGINEER WITH MOST OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE?
- Managing Windows and Linux Server critical updates and security updates and patches. Ideally using SCCM, WSUS and/or Shavlik.
- Endpoint Security including port and media lockdown, full disk encryption, HIPS etc.
- Enterprise Change Management experience is mandatory.
- Technical knowledge with Windows security engineering, system security, network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security.
- Working experience of IT security best practises, standards and policies.
- Operating Systems - Microsoft Windows Server & Unix/Linux in an Enterprise environment.
MIGHT YOU HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THESE ALSO?
- Enterprise Anti-Virus deployment and management, ideally with Symantec Endpoint Protection
- PCI experience
- VMWare and VDI experience a plus
- Scripting (Bash, Powershell) experience a plus
- 3+ Years security engineer working experience with CISSP or other security qualifications
