JOB SUMMARY:

- Responsible for supervising the training delivery scheduler and overseeing all aspects of financial month closing for ILT and OLT payments every month.
- Close interface with training leader to ensure goals and instructor utilization are reflected in the delivery schedule.
- Interface with customer and functional organizations to ensure successful planning and implementations of training logistics.
- Communicate appropriately to ensure all need-to-know parties are informed of training details.
- Responsible for customer service and transaction handling associated with the support and administration of training delivery including costs and recoveries, both internal as well as external.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Maintain master resource schedule for all training delivery assignments: check enrollments on a weekly bases and flag open registration courses with low class to the delivery leader and Regional BDM prime, to make decisions on schedule changes based on their input.
- Manage scheduling, participants' rosters, waitlists, class fill and revenue tracking; ensure all resource requirements are in place at the right time to meet needs for training delivery. Identify deficiencies in resources to training leader and support development plans once new resources are identified or more efficient processes are created.
- Manage course logistics which includes course materials, locations, equipment shipping and receiving, food (if required) and announcements/notifications, and closing out sessions.
- Maximize the use of facilities and resources through capacity planning.
- Prepares reports for management on resource and delivery schedule and instructor utilization.
- Overall financial administration, tracking and reporting costs and recoveries at the session level and after month-end at the Cost Center level to ensure profitability or break-even for AGM and BGM (as appropriate).
- Receive monthly revenue report from finance, and update with actual costs from instructors T detail oriented
- Ability to enter/modify pertinent information into a database, search and elicit pertinent data and create and run reports
- Creation/manipulation of Excel spreadsheets and other system tools as experienced user
- Familiar with standard training delivery practices
- Knowledge of budget reporting, general ledger and financial reporting a must
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in similar role in services for a technology industry
