One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Enterprise System Architect (ESA) Combat System Integration

Role: Enterprise System Architect (ESA) Combat System Integration

ESA is responsible for:

updating the system design documentation Guardion Combat Management Systems, corresponding Training and Test environments and infrastructures related to the current state or the planned state;
Providing contribution to the drafting of business requirements for clues Guardion Combat Management Systems, related Trainers, Test environments and related infrastructures in close consultation with architects and business users;
The, in close collaboration with other architects, developers, engineers and suppliers, guaranteeing coherence between Guardion CMS and binding it to systems (SEWACO- and platform systems and simulators);
Monitoring and guaranteeing the coherence of the various hardware and software components of a system;
Introduction of new technology and/or components of the ICT market and assess the applicability of this technology for the system to achieve;
Directing perceptions of stakeholders;
Analyze, identify implications and develop change proposals;
Direct support of projects for the transformation of architecture to design (design);
Coordination with the test department in respect of the system and perform testing and to discuss the test results and feedback thereof to the requirements and development teams;
The, in collaboration with developers and business architects, perform impact analysis on amendments requested.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Specific knowledge and experience;
Good knowledge of the entire technical infrastructure and its possibilities and limitations at the level of an ICT architect;
Experience with writing functional and technical design documents based on documentation standards (Mil Std 498..);
Experience in the design of computer and network infrastructures for use with specific software;
Experience with reviewing interface design documentation of complex sensors (eg radar systems) and control systems;
Experience with installation and configuration of network Switches (preferably HP);
Experience in determining the hardware configuration of computer systems;
Knowledge and experience with IP and Ethernet protocols (including minimum spanning tree, SNMP, NTP, VLANs, multicast, trunking);
Knowledge and experience with serial, parallel and network interfaces;
Knowledge and experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and hypervisors, especially HINTS network, redundancy and performance issues;
Knowledge and experience with information security and classified networks;
Knowledge of Guardion CMS/trainer related infrastructures is very urgent

Summarized above requires certain university working and thinking level and wide experience in system architecture level, including experience gained as a designer. Experience in Defence and other Government institutions at the above area is recommended (Pré).
