Enterprise Solutions Architect

THE DUTIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL INCLUDE;

- Develop and document a strategy future for reducing the complexity of the operating environment.
- Contribute relevant information to a formal business case for funding arrangements for future initiatives.
- Working with business analyst and business users to ensure future implementations meet business needs.
- Hands on work to interact with other staff across requirements gathering and analysis for initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of the solutions architecture strategy to the enterprise architecture strategy.
- Work with other solution architects.
- Perform other architects duties as directed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING;

- Previous experience in writing/contributing to large scale business cases for business reform;
- Ability to critically analyse business processes and write relevant information into a formal business case.
- Strong knowledge and skills across Java and Portal technology for on-line service delivery.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good analytical skills, especially in unfamiliar systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to work under pressure in a team environment.
