Enterprise Risk Manager

Enterprise Risk Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the finance sector.

YOUR TASKS:

- Defining the target requirements for stress testing
- Delivering processes for group level stress testing
- Documenting the current capability, including process, systems, roles and responsibilities
- Conducting a gap analysis (people, processes, data attributes) between target and current state, including the identification of implementation requirements
- Working cross-functionally to agree and develop interim solutions to address the identified gaps
- Implementing a new version of the Risk Report as an interim state to the target strategic solution

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Experience in probability of default
- Solid experience of stress testing as well as very good understanding of structured business analysis
- Experience in Modelling and Methodology
- Verified knowledge of developing and delivering expertise and change in Risk and Finance
- Expertise of successfully identifying and documenting processes together with the ability to review and edit requirements, specifications and business processes
- Experience in providing recommendations related to a proposed business solution
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken with strong communication and presentation skills
