Program Manager - Telco experience - Amsterdam

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in leading IT projects and programs, agile project management and enterprise portfolio management in an agile environment.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for strengthening/setting up of a strong (IT) Change Governance structure within the business in Amsterdam. He or she will take ownership of the process, re-defines and implements this where needed and ensures continuous improvement by personal leadership in the execution. For example by participating in the boards (or leading these) and/or by creation of a crystal clear insight in the status/health of the change funnel, the IT Delivery, the issues and the risks, including the pro-active management of this.

The chosen candidate will be closely working together with project managers and delivery managers and will be part of the Change Portfolio Management Office (5 persons)
