Enterprise Management Technical Architect/Monitoring Tools Specialist

ENTERPRISE SYSTEM SPECIALIST/ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL MONITORING SPECIALIST - DV OR SC CLEARED - MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.

Our client requires an Enterprise System Specialist/Monitoring Specialist to DESIGN, ENHANCE, MAINTAIN AND DOCUMENT ICT MONITORING AND REPORTING CAPABILITY FOR MANAGED SERVICES INCLUDING POLICY, PROCESS, PROCEDURES TO ITIL 3 STANDARDS. The successful candidate will be responsible for choosing the Monitoring/Mgt Information tool to provide Management Dashboards.

Ideally looking for someone from a SERVICE PROVIDER BACKGROUND and who can effectively liaise with, and challenge, stakeholders in order to understand, and deliver the management information, operational performance information and other critical required The desired candidate will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF AN INTEGRATED MONITORING/REPORTING ENVIRONMENT. The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding of the technical environments to be able to define best in class monitoring capability, preferably with a strong technical background across multiple platforms and environments.

This role will involve leading, developing and supporting a small team of specialists to meet business needs.

Must have EXPERIENCE AND A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN MONITORING TOOLS DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT WITHIN AN ITIL3 ENVIRONMENT.

Looking for someone with a vast experience OF HEWLETT PACKARD OPENVIEW PRODUCTS, INCLUDING OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR WINDOWS V8.X, HP BUSINESS AVAILABILITY CENTRE BAC, REAL USER MONITORING, NETWORK NODE MANAGER, OPNET,CRYSTAL REPORTS WITHIN A SECURE GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE.

SKILLS REQUIRED- ESSENTIAL

Enterprise Management Tools specialist.

ITIL experience

Excellent relationship management skills

Strong oral and written/drafting skills

Good presentational skills

Successful track record of achieving performance delivery targets

Experience of delivering services

DESIRABLE

Hands on skills and experience in some of all of the following products: HP Operations Manager, HP BSM, HP uCMDB/Universal Discovery, HP Service Manager, Microsoft System Centre, Cisco Prime, What s Up Gold and General Enterprise Management tools.

Understanding and experience of the following: Operating Systems, Network technologies, Virtualisation technologies especially VM Ware, Storage.
