Enterprise Integration Architect

My client, a global IT Services company, is looking for a Senior Solution Architect - Integration to join their practice, the team is currently 8 strong but due to a big project pipeline they need to increase their numbers.

The integration stream within the project is responsible for the design and delivery of those interfaces.

The Integration architect role is to work within the Integration Stream to:

Develop the integration design and manage the delivery of the Integration components required to support the Streamline Plan and Gather phase.

Specific deliverables include End to End integration Architecture plan.

Responsibilities:

- Perform as-is discoveries across various architecture domains (process, information, applications, data)
- Develop detailed designs and integration architecture models

Education/Experience:

- An overall 10+ years of experience with significant Banking/Financial Services experience.
- 3+ years proven experience in Integration Solution Architecture roles
- 3+ years experience of technical/development roles in the Integration domain
- 3+ years Experience of SOA is essential
- Experienced in producing technical solutions and documenting them (requires knowledge of Word, Visio, and preferably Enterprise Architect)
- Experience of estimating architectural delivery effort
- Experience of the IBM Middleware stack preferential
- Knowledge of SOAP web services, asynchronous queuing technologies and ESB concepts essential
- Experience of Financial banking industry preferential
- Must be able to manage own time and deliverables and pro-active in liaising with stakeholders
