Enterprise Infrastructure Architect - Sweden
The Xceed Group is currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to work onsite in Sweden with one of its global customers. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing a framework for the MTE Infrastructure components, process & technology and bridge the gap between the several delivery modes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide an overarching framework for the infrastructure life cycle from demand, through supply and run. It will form part of the reference architecture and Infrastructure Strategy. The framework will look to ensure Infrastructure is managed in the most effective and efficient way to ensure the delivery requirements are met and ensure predictability around time to build. This will include the high level strategy & architecture of proposed framework.
- To socialise and educate all stakeholder through Xceed's proven Centre of Excellence (CoE) methodology to ensure buy in and take up of the proposed framework to the benefits of the proposed approach are achieved.
- To ensure any proposed framework aligns with the customers strategic objectives
- To fully document the framework to include Lifecycle Components, Descriptions and Governance.
- To provide the Infrastructure Service Catalogue - Infrastructure defined services with associated technical patterns (Reference Architecture), which will consist of Component and Solution building blocks.
- To provide recommendations and prioritised Roadmap, implement in a prioritised and agile manner. This will consist of both technology and process recommendations with an aim to help the customer meet its objectives in the most efficient way.
- To provide technical guidance to the leadership team and to provide direction to the technical teams who implement the decisions arising from such guidance.
- To create a governance model to ensure the correct level of quality and timeliness is achieved

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A proven experience as an Enterprise Architect Providing High level strategy and Architecture.
- Knowledge of and understanding of large-scale organisational change
- Experience of building SOW's. Change & transformation experience across Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development and Operations.
- Proven team management/leadership skills
- Agile (Scrum) methodology, Implementation, transition, leadership experience
- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks/issues and team/project conflict.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of influencing senior level management and stakeholders.
- Experience in, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and/or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of and understanding of large-scale organisational change
- A board range of various technologies including Service Virtualisation, ServiceNow, Application architecture, Cloud, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Docker, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Gitlab, Gerrit etc.
- Willingness to travel
