Position Title: Enterprise Department Service Delivery Process and IT Construction Project Consultant

Responsibilities:

Manage the enterprise department business process architecture design in post-sales service delivery domain (include service delivery and channel service delivery).

Enterprise department Service Delivery domain business requirement analysis from stakeholders.
-

Business solution comparison within the industry domain (benchmark), business regulation, solution design and process optimization.
-

Responsible for Enterprise department Service Delivery area operational programs and the implementation of IT transformation processes, applications and operations management.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

-

10 years of ICT industry post-sales service delivery experience/consultant experience.
-

Rich experience on post-sales service delivery operation model from ICT industry main vendors
-

Deep understanding of the ICT service delivery market, channel service delivery process and IT practice with the leading market vendors.
-

Strong logical mindset, capability to master specific business domain process architecture design.
-

Good communicational and interpersonal skills, can work under high-intensity pressure.

Languages: fluent English
