Enterprise Data Model Analyst

ENTERPRISE DATA MODEL ANALYST, CERTIFICATIONS ON TM FORUMS (FRAMEWORK)/ETOM/SID MODELLING AND TAM AND OSS

eCRM Euro are looking for a Enterprise Data Model Analyst (EDM Analyst) for a project in Belgium.

6-10 Years of experience in OSS solution design/Business analyst/Data analyst in telecom domain.
Good functional knowledge of various telecom domain service provisioning, CRM, billing and service assurance.
Experience in UML and hands on experience in UML tool like ARIS/EA etc.
Experience delivering data documentation artifacts in organizations of similar size and complexity within project deadlines
Certifications on TM forums (Frameworx)/eTOM/SID modelling and TAM
Excellent understanding of IT principles such as databases, functions, UI, business rules, ESB, software systems.
Excellent understanding of SOA architecture, ITIL, ITSM is an added advantage.
Gain an understanding of organizational goals and strategies.
Keeping abreast of all projects and their data needs and requirements.
Able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
Strong work ethic, results oriented, and attention to detail are critical.
Demonstrated initiative, able to work both independently and as a team member.
Able to work in agile or scrum delivery environments.
Effectively manage deadlines.

Responsibilities
Deliver a canonical, flexible, reusable, and well-maintained EDM (Enterprise Data Model) for telecom domains of service provisioning, billing and service assurance.
Deliver EDM definitions for the Customer, Service, Enterprise, Product and Offering domains including Common Business Entities
Work closely with EDM lead, data governance group to establish appropriate standards and methodologies, analysing, template and tools related to documenting various business entities.
Develop and implement a standard centralized Enterprise Data Model (EDM), including standard business entities, documentation of definitions, relationships, appropriate data usage, and data quality.
Work with various BAU team and OSS transformation team to implement these standards within the Data Governance organizations and able to guide them for database designs, interface designs etc.
Develop templates and methodologies to ensure business entities are accurately and completely captured and can be effectively communicated to other data stakeholders.
Ensure the canonical EDM effectively meet the business need.
Provide guidance to project teams.
