SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in Enterprise Content Management
- Knowledge of:
- SDLC
- Business analysis
- Business architecture
- Draw up roadmap and strategy
- SharePoint
- Experience in the digital workplace is desirable

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Determine the ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT STRATEGY and ensure it's in line with the values of the firm
- Create a clear content life cycle in all its aspects
- Advise the domain controller communication in determining a policy framework and rules related to content management
- Identify the content management services and solutions, and ensure they are clearly structured
- Proactively detect existing and future needs, ideas and problems by entering into dialogue with internal business partners
- Critically question and challenge your internal business partners to set concrete needs
- Suggest solutions which are in line with our STRATEGY based on the needs of the client
- Follow market trends concerning Enterprise Content Management closely
- Provide strategic advice around potential opportunities for the future
