Enterprise Business Architect BPMN Digital Banking Abu Dhabi.

A global organisation requires an experienced Enterprise Business Architect with experience in the Digital Banking domain.

You will join a newly created Enterprise Architect Team to define the bank blueprint, implement an EA Governance process and design the target digital platform. you must have the following:

Soft Skills

* Excellent stakeholder management at all levels; both internally and externally
* Demonstrate substantial experience in applying architecture principles to affect changes to a business environment
* Ability to interpret the business drivers and objectives of an organization into technical solutions and facilitate the delivery of change through programs and projects
* Excellent overall knowledge of a broad range of technology and technology trends
* Experience of using architecture frameworks and processes (eg TOGAF, Zachman, PEAF, FEAF )

Technical Skills

* A broad enterprise-wide view of the business coupled with an appreciation for strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies and governance
* Ability to recognize business issues and functional interdependencies
* Ability to create high-level business and technical models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
* Ability to take an architecture requirement through the architecture process to conclusion, acting as the leader and facilitator, as well as providing expert advice
* Experience of producing strategy documents and architectural blueprints
* Relevant architecture domain skills (ie Data, Application and Infrastructure)
* Good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies and mapping approaches
* Familiarity with data, application and technology concepts
* Process Modeling, IBM SA required
* Process modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0 required
* Understand external trends from both business and a technical perspectives
* Good knowledge of large scale cross-functional processes
* Ability to take an over-arching view of the technical challenges
