JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for managing technology due diligence for commercial partnerships.
- Responsibilities include managing due diligence project timelines, coordinating technical reviews between Internal Technology teams and the target companies and producing the required deliverables (due diligence findings, risks, etc.).
- This position will include a high degree of interaction with target company and Internal Technologies technical experts.

Job Qualifications:

- Ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Infrastructure Project Management experience.
- Experience as a Technical Architect in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Strong Infrastructure Implementation experience.
