Enterprise Architect with Banking Architecture, Togaf, Zachman

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT WITH BANKING ARCHITECTURE, TOGAF, ZACHMAN

We are looking for a team of three ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT WITH BANKING ARCHITECTURE, TOGAF, ZACHMAN to support the head of business architecture in performing the following work over a 6-8 week period in Stockholm.

Will you be available for this role?

- Capture and document the high level business architecture for the first functional domain
- Define how the business architecture should be documented
- Develop a standard project plan and supporting set of templates for defining the business architecture within individual domains
- Plan the development of the business architecture across the domains listed

Deliverables:

- High level Business Architecture for first functional domain
- Documented set of Business Architecture processes, standards and an initial set of tools and templates to be used
- Plan to complete the detailed architecture for the first domain
- Roadmap for defining a target operating model for each domain
- Resource requirements for Business Architecture function

The team should bring the following expertise:

- Design and implementation of Business Architecture functions
- Working knowledge of tools for Managing Business and Information Architectures eg MEGA, IBM Business Glossary
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following domains (Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Capital management, Credit processes, Trading processes, Retail banking customer reporting & analytics)
- Development of Departmental Strategies and operating models for domains specified above
- Development of operating models around Common Information Management & Reporting solutions (often referred to as BICC's)
- Excellent communication skills and written English
- Business Architecture good practice and accelerators
- Banking industry models such as BIAN
- Architecture frameworks such as Togaf and Zachman etc

The Management and Senior consultant should have the following skill areas:

- Data Management
- Enterprise Architecture and Process Modelling.
