Key Requirements:

- As an Enterprise Architecture & Digital Innovation Manager, you shape and drive technology disruption and digital transformation.
- Will be part of the team envisioning and designing a fully integrated enterprise architecture with the intention to make our businesses more flexible and deliver value faster than ever before.
- Having a solid understanding of digital innovations and their technical implications, you will define the future state for each Operating Company.
- You will need to quickly envision and create opportunities provided by cutting-edge developments to power businesses globally.
- The Enterprise Architect (with focus on the Technology domain) sets the architecture direction in alignment with business and IT goals.
- Work together with (different) Portfolio Owner(s) and Product Architects, develops strategies and guidance on technologies and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data architecture: to support a consistent business language and the delivery of insights for decision making and consistent E2E execution of activities. P.a. Make sure that data is flexible in the future, but can use data from large ERP-systems like SAP, JD Edwards, Navision).
- Integration architecture: enabling connecting functionality & data E2E, across functionas and with external business partners in a fast, flexible and reliable manner. A new data integration architecture is needed which can reduce separate interfaces.
- Decoupled application architecture: to open IT landscape for consumption of functionality & data by in and external people & solutions and have the flexibility to apply change with minimum impact on the overall landscape (micro-services).
- Providing strategic architecture leadership and subject matter experience to internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating enterprise architecture frameworks to evaluate and assess business model opportunities.
- Advising on technologies and strategic tools in the above focus areas, having the future state in mind.
- Understand the impact of bringing in complex IT solutions based on emerging technologies.
- Developing strong relationships with technology vendors to influence immerging product strategies.
- Building of fit for purpose architecture.
- Measurable impact of architectural directions in the technology domain.
- Increase architecture capabilities within Global Information Services.
- You will have a strong vision on the role of technology in the enterprise architecture domain, with a vast experience in digital transformation programs.

Key Experience:

- Min 5 years in a similar architect role in the technology area.
- Credentials from a large, multinational organisation.
- Knowledge and experience with architecture frameworks and concepts.
- Knowledge of typical enterprise platforms in the technology Domain, specifically on IPAAS, API management, ERP and Data & Analytics.
- Creative talent with a strong technology background and the ability to see patterns which other people don't see.
- The Capability of shaping and delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multinational context.
- At least 5 years in architecting, designing, implementing IT architectures and applications (from a technology point of view).
- New IT-Landscape must easily deal with the following: Cloud Computing, Big Data, Block Chain, Automated Business Process Management systems & ESB technologies, Web & Mobile Technologies, Open Source Software & Next Generation IT technologies.
- Experience in implementing one or more is very welcome/required/nice-to-have.
- A solid technological background and a strong intrinsic interest in leading-edge technological innovations.
