For a long-term project at our client's site, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an experienced

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - E2E SERVICES (4958)

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for the overall standards and direction of architecture for End-to-End (E2E) Services eg Hire to Onboard, Events Management and the enterprise service management.

ABOUT THE ROLE/YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- ENSURE THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE ELABORATION, VALIDATION, AND COMMUNICATION OF THE ARCHITECTURE FOR THE E2E SERVICES
- ENSURE THE RIGHT IT INVESTMENTS ARE MADE FROM AN ARCHITECTURE PERSPECTIVE IN E2E SERVICES
- HELP BUSINESS DEFINING, SCOPING AND SHAPING REQUIREMENTS AROUND E2E SERVICES
- ELABORATE THE E2E SERVICES TARGET ARCHITECTURE AND ROADMAP, COVERING CAPABILITIES, APPLICATIONS, AND PLATFORMS, SERVICES, INFORMATION AND DATA, TECHNOLOGIES, ETC. AND ARCHITECTURE-RELEVANT RELATIONS AMONG THESE
- DETERMINE ARCHITECTURE-SIGNIFICANT DRIVERS (EG VISION, STRATEGY, OBJECTIVES)
- Estimate solution architecture, design and development efforts for projects and to suggest and compile the required resources and assigning responsibilities connected to a defined time schedule
- Communicate standards supporting the E2E services
- Analyse the enterprise business context (trends and business strategy), along with industry trends and best practices to elaborate optimal solution architectures
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall architecture (eg opportunities to reduce redundancy, consolidate applications and platforms, improve operational deficiencies, close existing capability gaps, etc.)
- Support RFIs and RFP developments
- Align, validate and communicate the E2E services Architecture
- Work closely and cross-functionally with the Centers of Excellence, businesses the deliver the optimal architecture
- Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures for the E2E services
- Serves as point of escalation, review, and approval of key architecture issues and decisions
- Steward for consistency and re-use on the architecture definition
- Take decisions on the solution alternatives in line with Business priorities and strategies and close collaboration with delivery teams
- Fully accountable for the architecture of the solutions of the E2E services
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
