Enterprise Architect - Data Centre Plan/Build Saudi (Riyadh)

Flint are seeking an Enterprise Architect to take up a contact based in Riyadh.

The client is a major Service Provider (STC) - the engagement is around providing consultancy for a complete data centre plan/build and deploy.

- Primary skills: Enterprise Architecture 
- Security know-how a big plus
- Data Centre know-how a plus

DURATION - 1 year.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Requires 15+ years working experience in:
- IT consulting/systems integration
- IT or LOB senior staff technology roles, preferably in Financial Services, Retail CPG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Sector, or Service Provider.
- TOGAF (or similar) and CISSP (or similar) certifications are required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experienced track record working with senior (CxO) managers of Global 1000 companies.
- Clearly demonstrates thought leadership in tackling multiple, complex issues to create effective and long lasting solutions.
- Possesses excellent presentation skills, strong communications skills across various media and to diverse audiences, customer influencing and relationship skills.
- Possesses a high degree of successful, executive-level solution implementation expertise in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrates a very broad range of technical expertise, combined with in-depth of knowledge in several specific industries and/or solution areas (applications, Middleware, collaboration, networking, data center, security and operations)
- Skills in directing federated teams comprised of direct reports, matrixed reports and 3rd parties.
- Experienced in both detailed application/data/network architecture, and high-level enterprise architecture.
- Experience with and knowledge of vendor/partner selection in multiple areas of technology
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work within teams.
- Program implementation skills, including project portfolio management, and planning, reporting and directing the work of others across multiple implementation projects concurrently. Mentors team members successfully.
- A track record of organization-wide change, driven by significant, innovative ideas.
- Team leadership and the ability to listen and be perceptive of others are essential personality attributes, as is a hands-on, high energy, can-do, highly collaborative style. Capability building for customers, through teaching and collaborating, is integral to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) required. Graduate MS or MBA are a plus.
