My client is embarking on a major business transformation programme enhancing their systems to enable them to provide the highest level of service for their customers across the country.
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to design the architecture framework for the new cloud CRM solution so that it responds to the needs of the company from an agility and cost efficiency perspective. You'll be recommended the most appropriate solutions to meet the business requirements for complex projects and will be defining the transition path from current IT stack to target systems ensuring delivery.

Role will include:
Review of Business Requirements working closely with the Business Analysis team
Design end-to-end solutions for projects, integrating multiple systems and ensuring that designs adhere to agreed design standards and methods
Provide technical leadership on projects, managing subject matter experts and application designers to ensure the coherency of end-to-end designs
Ensure compliance to design is tracked through the project life cycle through to deployment
Manage the solution design throughout the project life cycle through to deployment

Experience

You'll be an experienced Enterprise Architect with at least 5 years' experience within BSS (Telco) including billing and CRM
Experience of performing a solution design or enterprise architect's role in a Telecoms company for mobile (prepaid and post-paid)
Proven experience of leading complex projects throughout the complete IT life cycle
