Enterprise Architect

My client wants to be a leader in digital transformation and established Chief Architect & Data Management (CADM) with the aim to deliver tomorrow's data driven and agile foundation. They have developed an innovative approach using data centric business capabilities that brings business, technology and data together to enable digital transformation in a complex environment. For the role of Technical Architect, thought leadership and deep technical knowledge is very important. For our digital transformation and data centric way of working we need leaders with a passion for technology. The Technical Architect has the skills to architect our platforms, infrastructure, integration and application development patterns.

YOUR WORK:

- Modernise the technology architecture
- Guide the implementation of future-proof business solutions
- Explore and apply the latest technology trends and developments
- Create architecture vision documents to guide agile development teams
- Provide hands-on architecture leadership on complex, innovative proposals and projects
- Exercise architecture control by developing architecture frameworks and setting guidelines and principles
- Significant experience with technology architecture, infrastructure, application design and implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with one or more of the following topics: Cloud (AWS, Azure), Infrastructure (datacentre, networks, storage), Information Security, Blockchain, MicroServices, API Management, Big Data Analytics, Web & Mobile Technologies, Open Source Software, Agile methodology.
- Team player: you will be working with a highly competent team of technology enthusiasts.
- Excellent communications skills, strong authoring and presentation skills: you will create complex architecture documents and presentations and will present to and share your knowledge with large and varied audiences.
- University degree (Technology or Science preferred).
- Hands-on developer skills are a great advantage.
