Enterprise Architect

Harvey Nash is looking for a Solution Architect for a 5 month project in Switzerland.

The role is to create and maintain the architecture models across system architecture, process architecture and data architecture for a System Transformation Initiative for Development Excellence.

You are responsible for

. evolving the iServer architecture models in collaboration with Process Architecture work-stream, Data Governance team and with System Architecture work-stream
. Maintaining iServer architecture models across the different waves and programs, and ensure consistency within the initiatives' library (content governance)
. Providing guidance and training on tool and methodology to the initiative program architecture teams
. Performing and coordinating formal reviews of the Architecture Handbook (AH)
. Helping to specify and oversee any required change in iServer; communicating and aligning with iServer team on implementation of those changes

Requirements

. Senior subject matter expert (TOGAF, UML, BPMN, ITIL), First Degree in Technology, Life Sciences or related.
. Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written)
. Well rounded with a good mix of technical, business, and interpersonal skills
. Proficient skills in teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a Matrix environment and conflict resolution
. Working and Managing in cross- functional teams
. Enterprise Architecture modelling skills
. Experience with tools like iServer, Sparx Enterprise Architects, Altova XMLSpy, ERWin Data Modeler, BPMN modelling tools, PleaseReview, HP ALM, Informatica
. Great at execution of assigned activities, self-managed
. Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
. Process Modelling (BPMN2)
. Solution Architecture (UML)
. Datamodelling (CDISC, Canonicals, E/R, XML/XSD, JSON)
. Data Storage technologies and designs (RDBMS, No SQL; Logical DWH, DataMarts/Cubes, BI/Analytics)
. Integration patterns (SOA, Connectors, MircoServices/MicroFlows, APIs and API Gateway, B2B)
