Enterprise Architect

We are urgently recruiting for a senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in analysis of business process, to join our Client based in Belgium on a three (3) years contract. Our client is a large EU institution, located in Brussels.

Description of the tasks:

Non-exhaustive list of the tasks to be carried out:

- Supporting EPSO to capture, improve and streamline its processes
- Supporting EPSO to increase the BPM awareness and process orientation within EPSO
- Providing coaching and training in BPM related subjects
- Contributing to different business and IT projects in the form of business process modelling, process improvement and requirements analysis

Required expertise

- Sound experience in the area of Business process management and process modelling
- Experience with the BPM at EC methodology is an advantage
- Expertise in business process modelling tool ARIS 9.x
- Expertise in business as well as IT
- Ability to work in a team, but also autonomously, taking initiative
- Ability to motivate people
- Training skills
- Experience in communication, especially in communicating about BPM
- Experience in introducing BPM organisation-wide
- Experience in recruitment processes, EPSO and EC environment is an advantage
