Enterprise Architect

POSITION TITLE: ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA 94203

WORK TYPE: W-2, CORP TO CORP, 1099

CONTRACT DURATION: 18 MONTHS

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of one (1) year experience working on a Medicaid Information Technology Architecture ( MITA) project or on a project with requirements directly related to the MITA Initiative.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in Enterprise Architecture.

A minimum of one (1) year experience with developing and managing strategic plans and measuring progress and outcomes.

A minimum of five (5) years experience performing business outcome analysis, as-is documentation, target architecture for business-information-technology elements

A minimum of five (5) years of experience with enterprise portfolio management. Creating roadmaps that can be leveraged to create projects in a prioritized fashion to ensure re-usable components are identified as dependencies for follow on projects.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably with a focus in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

In-depth experience with process redesign methods (such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or total quality management) and modelling tools (such as IDS Scheer, Troux, IBM Telelogic or Mega). Understanding of BPM, workflow and integration methods and tools.

Experience working with Health and Human Services and DHCS programs and projects, such as SAWS, MEDS, CALHEERS.

Experience in utilizing industry and state EA frameworks (FEA, CEAF, MITA, Zachman, TOGAF, PEAF, etc) for the success of EA programs.

Experience with creating an enterprise governance model.

Experience working with requirements related to the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) initiative.

Experience reflecting the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment (ie, business and technical staff, management, clinicians).
