Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect is required for our client a global organisation and a leading player in their field based in the West Midlands. This is initially for a 6 month contract around £500 per day, flexible.

OBJECTIVE

Support the Chief Enterprise Architect in aligning IT strategy and planning with company's business goals, especially for all that is related to areas of Architectural expertise

KEY SKILLS

EA WITH GOVERNANCE EXPERIENCE.

TOGAF v9 certification

Good knowledge of all major Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies

Extensive experience working in IT architecture, in a Private Sector organisation, in an IT Systems Integration or IT Consulting company

Extensive experience working in one or many of the following Architecture areas:

Information/Data Architecture

Integration Architecture

Security Architecture

Information Systems Architecture

Product Architecture

Experience working in a team leading one or many of the following activities for medium to large multinational organisations, with direct and frequent reporting at CxO level:

Enterprise Architecture definition and embedding

Architecture and Design Authority

IT Transformation Programmes

IT Strategies and CxO level IT problem solving

- Very good understanding of Solution and Technical Architecture disciplines
- Good understanding of major Project Management Governance frameworks
- Good understanding of Business Architecture disciplines
- Experience of applying architectural models to solution design
- Experience of working in multi-cultural teams
- Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF
- Experience of aligning solutions to business requirements and priorities
- Experienced in a wide range of technology areas and all areas of the solution life cycle
- Knowledge of standard People and change management tools and methodologies (RACI, Stakeholder Mapping, Change Management Planning, Training Needs Analysis, etc.)
