Enterprise Architect, for this role you will:

* Have experience of designing and implementing Enterprise level Service and Systems management capabilities.
* Have a proven track record of transitioning organisations from their old ITSM tooling and processes to the current market leaders.
* Be able design and implementation of a Enterprise Systems Management tooling strategy
* Support the IT transformation Programme in the procurement and implementation of new Enterprise wide ITSM Tooling.
* Help to plan and manage the transition from the Departments current ITSM processes and tooling to the chosen tooling and all supporting processes.
* Be working closely with suppliers to design and implement the required integrations across multiple vendors, ensuring seamless services to the end user and the wider DWP Business and IT community.
* Liaise with the relevant security teams to ensure relevant security standards and policies are adhered to.
* Produce architectural products which support the Department's Enterprise Architecture and Digital Blueprint - ensure that these are steered through appropriate governance approvals successfully.
* Liaise with project stakeholders including project managers, service providers, DWP business stakeholders and others to ensure that solutions and proposals are appropriate, usable and cost-effective.
* Be an ITIL v3 Expert
* Have a wealth of experience working in complex multi-sourced IT environments.
* This post will require security Checks BPSS.
