Enterprise Architect

- North Shore Based
- 7 Months plus contract
- Start in early November

Leading Australian firm specialising in Financial Intelligence requires an Enterprise Architect for an initial 7 months plus contract located on the North Shore of Sydney.

As an Enterprise Architect you will be involved with helping move  from 'in-house developed' tools and database systems to mainstream packaged solutions including Business Intelligence applications, CRM solutions, case management and workflow.

ON A DAILY BASIS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:

- Define and maintain the overall architecture, document the current landscape/architecture and then provide a vision of the future state. 
- Work with project teams to influence projects and design to ensure alignment with business and IT strategy.
- Define the high level architecture and support the development of detailed designs, participate in the selection of technologies and provide governance and advisory roles to ensure consistency with strategy as part of the Solution Design Authority.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven track record in successful strategic architectural development in a large or medium sized, reasonably complex architectural environment.  
- Knowledge of Public Service policies and procedures.
- Exposure to banking and finance, law enforcement or customer oriented systems architectures.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Experience in mixed environments, with specific experience in moving from 'in-house developed' tools and database systems to mainstream packaged solutions including Business Intelligence applications, CRM solutions, case management and workflow.
- Exposure to banking and finance, law enforcement or customer oriented systems architectures.

AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP IS ESSENTIAL TO SECURE THIS CONTRACT ROLE. YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
