Location: Middle East

Key responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and design of a large C4ISR project and ensure that the project Architectures are compliant with the Customer's functional baseline.
- Ensure that the C4ISR system is developed from an architectural centric development perspective and that the required Overarching, Reference and Target Architectures are developed, and that any critical architecture constraints are identified and acted upon.
- Recommend governance principles and contribute to Architecture Governance of the project baselines.
- Supervise the project delivery in accordance with the agreed sub-system functional and performance requirements, schedule and agreed Statement of Work.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum BSc in Information Technology and/or Systems Engineering with formal Architecture training in relevant Architecture Frameworks, Methodologies and Tools.  Preferably higher civilian education at the MSc level.
- Experience from large or complex military C4ISR or large Telecom/IT projects.  Recent experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large Military/Government information system project.
- Good knowledge in Enterprise and System Architecture development and experience from using Architecture Frameworks like NAF, DoDAF or TOGAF
