This thriving and vibrant community school is currently seeking a high achieving English Graduate to take up the role as a Teaching Assistant. The Head of English is looking for a Teaching Assistant with drive, an excellent work ethic and an in-depth passion for English. This is perfect pre-PGCE experience and all facilities and resources will be open for an individual wanting to get the most out this experience. The ideal candidate will can have previous experience but it is not essential, all candidates must have a good work ethic, drive and ability to build and maintain good relationships with staff and pupils alike. You will work with groups and on a one to one basis, so you will possess confidence and excellent subject knowledge to instil confidence in the learners.
