IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Define the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T, ensure that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint and packaging) are fulfilled
-Manage and perform risk analysis (DFMEA and design reviews)
-Manage product validation (i.e. functional, geometry and cosmetic quality)
-Manage product tuning (i.e. mold tuning, checking fixture tuning)
-Define and set up the engineering project planning
-Manage the engineering project reviews, develop reports and action plans
-Contribute to investment optimization through part design
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor’s degree with experience or Master’s degree
-Leadership skills
-Ability to make clear synthesis
-Organization skills
-Good communication skills
-Project management skills
-Experience with Design and/or development of plastic parts for automotive industry
