PROGRAM MANAGER III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Arlington Heights, IL.

- Senior Project/Program Management experience (Five (5) years)
- Six Sigma GB/BB, Lean deployment experience
- Bachelors Degree

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Execution of assigned process equipment program - Achieve pre-agreed critical success factors - Compliance (GMP/HSE) and Operational.
- Communication planning - support the Sponsor, extended project team members, key stakeholders and customers of the project.
- Governance - Ensure project management team meeting and steering meetings are effective.
- Project Team Management - Prioritize workloads, clarify roles and responsibilities, confirm accountabilities, and set clear goals and direction.
- Managing Risk - Proactive and systematic assessment of project risk and mitigation plans.
- Planning - Develop and maintain detailed risk adjusted project plans.
- Change Management - Proactive and effective management and approval of project changes and variations.
- Monitoring - Establishment of effective operational mechanisms to assess project progress status and manage risks.
- Effective management of project documentation.
- Adherence to applicable project management and execution policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS Degree in a technical subject.
- Demonstrated experience leading technically complex process equipment capital programs (>$3MM) within a highly regulated manufacturing operations environment (eg Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Nuclear).
- Demonstrated experience of validating complex automated systems using the GAMP5 Global harmonized standard.
- Held a Senior Project Management role for at least five (5) consecutive years clearly demonstrating an ability to successfully lead project teams

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree, Engineering discipline
- Ability to make a case and influence others.
- VHP isolator sanitization and VHP cycle development, and/or Automated Systems experience
- Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing Experience - Aseptic Manufacturing within shielded containment hot-cells.
- Experience delivering projects to modern nuclear safety case requirements.
- VHP isolator sanitization and VHP cycle development.
- Formal project management qualification (API: Prince 2+MSP or PMI: PgMP).
- Continuous Improvement Experience: Six Sigma GB/BB, Lean deployment experience.
- Automated Systems experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous Matrix environment.
- Change agent - Energy, passion and enthusiasm to drive progress
- Ability to create and develop an effective project delivery team.
- Ability to zoom in and out: Big picture orientation with attention to detail.
