Engineering PM - MES - Medical Implants
Leading global pharmaceutical require an Engineering Project Manager for a project to deploy a Manufacturing Execution System for the production of Medical Implants.
The team members to coordinate include representatives of: Engineering, IT, Operations, QE, Team MES, CSV for the Core Team, + Finance (Ext Team Member)
The production is the "client" with ~ 50 production employees that need to be trained before usage of the system.
The Management of finance is also part of the project
The draft plan provides a Go live in October, following the deployment of SAP (Knowledge of SAP is helpful, but there are SAP specialists as well)
The skills required are: - Overview, result oriented
- Leadership capacity, listening, very good communication in English and French and decision-taking - Team management.
- Knowledge of the environment of the production, management of production data, MES! and ERP experience (SAP)
- knowledge of the medical community (GMP)
- written and spoken English (fluent), Good French requested as well to talk to the local departments
