Huxley Associates and one of the UK's leading Engineering Houses, specialising in high-end scientific products are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager on a permanent basis to support the strategic plan for 2013 / 14.

As an integral part of the senior management team, the Engineering Manager will be working on technically challenging projects & products and will be responsible for Engineering, Production & Customer Service function and will be managing a team of six.

With experience of the full design & product lifecycle, the Engineering Manager should have experience of NPI / NPD, as well as projects experience and experience of continuous product development of robust commercial products.

The Engineering Manager should be degree qualified (Physics / Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Instrumentation) and have relevant and demonstrable experience.
