Engineering Manager up to 70k

Would you like to join an award winning company who provide Engineering/Fabrication services to the Oil&Gas industry. The company are expecting to double in size next year which is why this position has been newly created. Role: Responsible for a team of 12 Project Engineers Responsible for ensuring all technical,design and quality clauses in the contract specifications are carefully monitored during the contract period and ensuring that all relevant personnel are aware of all conditions relating to the project through to work instruction. In conjunction with the QA Manager you are responsible for ensuring that sub-contractors are aware of both contract and quality requirements. Responsible for ensuring that all procurement,engineering and construction activities for the project are completed within contractual,statutory, safety and quality requirements Maintain a register of all drawings and ensure drawings are draughted to the required nationally recognised standards Check and approve all drawings for issue to the fabrication department Experience: Previous experience as an Engineering Manager within an O&G business Technical Background Ideally Degree qualified To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
