Engineering Manager - Kentucky

The manufacturing subsidiary of one of the world's largest service companies is currently in need of an Engineering Manager to head up their Kentucky facility. Although our client is primarily focused in the oil and gas industry, this branch operates across other industries where their product line is needed.

As the Engineering Manager, you will be leading the development of new products and working to differentiate the company's product lines in the global market.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Act as Chief Engineer and Technical Expert for the Machinery
* Improve and develop new products from the beginning concept to testing and full production
* Plan and direct the work of the development engineering staff
* Monitor project progress
* Train and mentor staff

To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:

* BS in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
* Technical Knowledge of powder/ liquid processing equipment
* 10+ years of experience in the Process Industry
