Engineering Manager

Synergize Consulting is hiring - Today we have an immediate requirement for a proven Engineering Manager who can take responsibility for and demonstrate the following:- Managing engineering deliverables and related compliant design solutions

Establishing a compliant engineering design programme, managing budgets, KPI's, project risks etc..

Working in harmony with our engineering heads

Provide value engineer

Manage project and engineering programs in line with our company and customers requirements and related design processes, including but not limited to all Health and safety policies

Direction of our in-house design engineers (multiple skillsets but primarily construction - fabrication, piping - gas/oil etc..)

Provide, manage and maintain our design engineering centre of excellence building in best in practice design'

Industry experience in any of the following: - Gas, Oil, Piping, electrical, electro-mechanical, Civil,  nuclear, construction, building.

Security Cleared - Either SC or DV (preferred)

Degree in related subject matter  - Engineering (mechanical, construction, civil) and holder of an industry recognised accreditation
