Engineering & Maintenance Manager (MultiNational / Manufacturing / TPM / PPM / Capex) Huxley Associates and one of the UK's most establish Engineering & Manufacturing Houses are looking to recruit an Engineering & Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis, owing to succession planning within the business.This client are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager who can "manage a preventative and reliability maintenance programme for their site, ensuring efficient, on-target production by maintenance of assets and to support the team in ensuring optimum utilisation of engineering staff and equipment within budgets and compliance to the company's safety, quality & environment policies". The Engineering & Maintenance Manager should have experience of TPM / PPM & running Capex projects (circa £500K up to £Multimillion), come from an Electrical and/or Mechanical background (ideally graduate) and be someone who can really drive Engineering Management strategies, policies, teams & projects within the company, be someone who can motivate and lead teams and command respect from the workforce. Again, knowledge of H&S, environmental standards, change management & LEAN Manufacturing methodologies would also be required for this role".
