Engineering Inspection Technical Authority

My client is a global provider of Engineering services to the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.

With a proactive approach Embedded within their business, they are now looking for a Category 1 Chartered Engineer to manage their Inspection capability and drive the improvement of Inspection processes and procedures.

As the Technical Manager and main point of contact with the ISO 17020 Accreditation body, your responsibilities will include reviewing the inspection processes and accreditation Audit results. You will also be able to utilise your superior stakeholder engagement skills to drive the Lead Engineers to ensure delivery objectives for process improvements are prioritised and met.

Accreditation requirements require a Category 1 Chartered Engineer with working knowledge of the Inspection arena for this role. Working knowledge of improving Processes and Procedures for ISO17020 Audit within the Oil you will enjoy the freedom of working within a stand-alone role. You will also need a sense of urgency and the ability to drive change within a matrixed organisation.

This is an urgent requirement with interviews taking place in the middle of next week.
