I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Director for a world- leading engineering company based in the Midlands. This is a company with an excellent, long standing reputation in the market with a good order book, strong growth plans and a great long term opportunity for the right candidate. As Engineering Director you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for leading strategy for leading edge technology both internally and externally. We are looking for some of the best Engineering Directors in the industry. You will need to show a proven track record in a senior Engineering role. You will need to show that you are a good leader and man- manager. You will need to show proven achievements and that you have really made a difference in previous roles On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £70,000 plus good benefits package with company car allowance and BUPA.
