Engineer- Transition Management (NATO)

Projektbeschreibung
Experience:
a. Minimum 5 years in project management of communications or information systems integration, implementation or operation, using PRINCE2 or PMI methodology
b. Minimum 3 years proven experience in the design and testing of communications or information systems and applications software.
c. Minimum 2 years proven experience in provision of test and transition plans to operational users applying configuration management process for successful implementation and transition to the operational user teams.
d. Minimum 2 years proven experience in assessing complex IT systems, development of business cases and analyses to support transition efforts.
e. Minimum 1 year within last 15 years in working in NATO or in one of 28 Nations national military in defining military operational requirements and operational acceptance at project or programme level
4. Qualifications:
a. Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (3333) or demonstrate native/fluent English speaker background
b. Demonstrate minimum NATO or National SECRET clearance with the appropriate national authority for the duration of the contract
c. Demonstrated working level knowledge with MS Office tools (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Share Point)
d. Demonstrate the availability to travel to any NATO entity within the 28 Nations (valid passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations)
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
