For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currentlylooking for an Engineer of Packaging Project

Duration: 6 months
Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Engineering of Packaging Projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform technical feasibility studies and proff of concept testing
- Write URS
- Review offers from vendors
- Issue a technical recommendation (choice of technical solution andvendor)
- Review FS, SDS, and HDS
- Review mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagrams
- Perform risk assessments (quality and safety)
- Perform parameter analysis
- Follow-up manufacturers (design, manufacturing, testing)
- Write or reviewe FAT, SAT and IQ-OQ protocols
- Perform FAT, SAT and IQ-OQs
- Schedule design, installation and testing activities

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: engineering degree

Knowledge:
- Packaging equipment (labelers, cartoners, thermoformers, etc )
- Datamatrix and Serialisation
- Camera based inspection systems

Experience/Behaviors/Skills:
* Mechanics, electricity and automation
* Testing
* Design review
* Project management (scheduling, progress reporting, issue escalation)
